Personal illustrations, calligraphy and typography
Type-City is my ongoing project, where I create handmade typography to the cities I visit. Using the universal 3-letter code of each city, I create the letters, inspired on what I see and experience in these places. More cities to come ;)
During my trip to Japan I found a lot of interesting people. As a photographer I couldn't resist shooting them. So I decided to make a series of images named 'People from Japan' and created a handmade lettering to illustrate the cover of this project.
During my visual exploration in Tokyo, as a passionate for bikes, I realised how this mean of transport is common there and shot hundreds of them. Here I selected a few and created a lettering to illustrate this series.
